Dear All Lichfield Young Leaders
Please find
here the programme from now until the end of January.
1. Can you let me know which meeting in October you can make (Wed 13th or
Tues 19th) - we hope everyone can make one of these meetings (you don't
have to attend both!!).
2. If you DON'T help at 1st Whittington or 7th Lichfield (as I know these
groups meeting nights) can you please let me know which night your Beavers,
Cubs, or Scouts meet on so I know when to pop and long and see you!
3. We have put in the weekend for the end of January - this weekend is not
set in Stone - if you know you can/can't make that weekend please let me
know NOW - then we can try and rearrange if several of you can't make it!
If you work at some point over the weekend that is fine - if you can be
picked up/dropped off that is fine - the more of the weekend you can attend
the better!
